  • We offer our clients free international shipping! 

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We offer worldwide shipping. If you are in a location not listed, please contact our customer service team through the 'contact' page to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your address.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will keep you informed about the location of your package. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

6. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as customs processing and local postal services.  Please kindly note, we will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that if the shipping company notifies us that the package has been delivered successfully, we won't be able to help you further and you would need to further contact the shipment company yourself.
