  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please go to the 'contact' page and fill in the following information: your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your return is eligible.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Customers have to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
